若 商品 出現 新品瑕疵、運送損壞 和 非人為損壞，收到商品次日起算7天（含例假日）內提出，可免費更換新品。
新品瑕疵包括：
1. 包裝內容物與商品零件缺漏不完整。
2. 完成品缺損。
3. 塗裝問題：汙損、塗裝缺漏。
If the product occurs following problems ( product defects, shipping damage and non-artificial damage), it can be replaced with new products within 7 days after receiving (including holidays) in free of charge.
